Neil Malone
Born in 1950 in Melbourne, Australia. He is specialized in painting and printmaking, and was Head of Printmaking at the University of Melbourne Faculty of The Victorian College of the Arts and Music between 2002 and 2012. He is returning artist for the Youkobo’s 10th anniversary, undertaking a three-month residency this winter. Neil says of the resulting works, “consideration is given to the essential necessity for reflection and contemplation to substantiate our notion of reality and self."
