“Gokayama, One of the Important Cultural Properties of Japan: Life in the Emukai house”

This exhibition celebrates, through various folk tools and papermaking tools of the region, the cultural heritage of the Gassho Style old Emukai house, relocated from Nanto City (Toyama Prefecture) to the Nihon-Minkaen and designated as an important cultural property.

Hours	09:30-17:00
Closed	Monday Open 9:30-16:30 in November-February. Open on public holidays(including Mondays) but closed the following day (unless this falls on a Saturday or Sunday when the venue will be open). Closed during the New Year holidays.

Fee

Adults ¥500, University and High School Students ¥300, Junior High School Students and Under free, Seniors 65 & Over ￥300, Seniors residing in Kawasaki city free.
