Sixty years on from the first unveiling of “Wij Zijn 17”, this photographic series by Johan van der Keuken has been turned into a bilingual catalogue in Japanese and English, with the help of his former wife, Noshka van der Lely, and his gallerist. At the same time his yet unseen works of “Les Copains” have also been released as a photo book. These two books have been published by Foci Press, a publishing company initiated by IMA Photobooks and Post. To mark this occasion Post / Limart hosts the first solo exhibition of van der Keuken’s work in Japan.
