Haruna Nakayama
The “Boat Journey Project” is a program connecting creative port towns across the world. In the autumn of 2014 artist Haruna Nakayama participated in this program in Basel, Switzerland, joining celebrations of 150 of diplomatic relations between Japan and Switzerland and creating a work encouraging cultural exchange through the medium of food. Here he presents the results of this exchange alongside various new food based events.
