Nobuhiko Utsumi
In his earlier work Nobuhiko Utsumi examined the inner universe, the internalized structures of nature and the cosmos, later going on to develop series such as “Auschwitz” and “Peru” during various artist residences abroad and moved on to explore the multi-dimensions of space through the series “Multiverse”. In this exhibition he presents his latest renditions of “Cosmic Ink Paintings” he examines the dynamic between awareness, body and material to visualize our inner landscape.
