Railroad Siding is an art festival initiated by artists living around Tokorozawa, Saitama and has now reached its 5th edition since its establishment in 2008. On this occasion the festival will again center on the site of a former school meals center, a location currently used for the storage of emergency resources and equipment, amongst which the art works will be set. Throughout the exhibition a series of discussion and talk events will also be held coming together with special guests, the records of which will be released as part of the festival catalogue.
