Artists

Esther Kim
Esther Kim is a Korean-American artist who spent her teen years in Japan and is now based in America. These works are expressions of her identity, with “pink and blue” referring to her mixed upbringing with a blending of the Korean, Japanese, and American flag colors. Kim’s portraits of girls represent the various values and ideas gleaned from her background, and the contradictions within them. Illustrations of her signature character “Esther Bunny” are also on display.
