This year Dutch graphic designer Dick Bruna’s0 creation “Miffy” comes to the grand age of 60, and as part of these celebrations a Miffy Art Parade is to be held across the Netherlands and Japan, featuring the original interpretations of leading Japanese and Dutch artists of the Miffy character as they paint and decorate their own 180cm figure of this loveable icon. Amongst these 60 artists feature 15 creators from Japan, including popular animator Tsuneo Goda with his animation production “small miffy”.
