Jeanloup Sieff
From his debut in the 1950s to his sudden death in 2000, the French photographer Jeanloup Sieff worked at the forefront of the photographic medium, concentrating natural beauty with a transparent eroticism in each still he is acclaimed for his fashion and nude portraits. Beginning his career with Elle magazine and going on to work for Magnum Photos he came to carve out his own unique approach to the body and its covering through the camera lens. This exhibition features a carefully chosen selection of his black and white silver gelatine prints.
