Hisashi Sakaguchi
Hisashi Sakaguchi is renowned animator and artist whose work has received acclaim from fellow artists such as Osamu Tezuka and Katsuhiro Otomo, creator of “Akira.” A limited reprint of Sakaguchi’s masterpiece “Version” has been made possible thanks to a crowd funding initiative.
This solo exhibition will showcase original art for well-known titles such as “Astro Boy” and “Janguru Taitei (Jungle Emperor),”created by this award-winning manga artist who died at the premature age of 49.
