Art is kind of mirror which reflects upon each age. At times artists are gripped by religion or war, and in the peaceful age, there is room to focus on nature. Art has never lingered long upon a single style, but this shift is hurried on by the flux in society. Currently that which causes the most interest on a global scale, is issues of the environment. It is Kato’s mission as an artist to produce work in the belief that it will move as many people as possible.
