Based in Ibaraki Masahiro Kokubo explores the memories attached to its landscapes through his lens and the spans of time he has lived through and the town itself has witnessed. Walking the town where he was born he himself becomes a filter for its light and surfaces and in every shadow there lingers a story and emotion of the past.
