Chiba Prefecture’s Kominato Line running between the Goi and Kazusa-Nakano stations is one of Japan’s most popular local railroads, attracting fans from all over the country with its fields of cherry blossoms, canola flowers, and light displays in the night and early morning. Katsuyuki Nakanishi’s photographs capture the people, landscapes, harvests, and other beautiful scenes along the Kominato tracks.
