Meguro Museum of Art showcases works from its collection. Senyo Ogawa (1882–1971) displayed talent in everything from oil to ink brush paintings, and also created sketches while traveling across Europe in 1913–1914. Other featured paintings produced by Japanese artists while traveling abroad are Tsuguharu Fujita’s “Ten Children” (1924) and Takeshi Takazaki’s “Acrobats” (1928), plus works by contemporary artists Tomoharu Murakami and Yuriko Terasaki. There will also be a special corner dedicated to the furniture and interior designs of the Meguro-based industrial designer Yoshio Akioka.
