Artists

Alexander Sporre
Alexander Sporre is a young photographer from Amsterdam, recently recognized in the New Dutch Talent series of books as an emerging talent. This exhibition focuses its attention on the things we usually do not see or hear in daily life. Most of the exhibited work is printed on black paper with black ink, providing a beautiful contrast with the few color works. The choice of black ink gives a unique impression and reflects how Sporre thinks about and approaches daily life. This exhibition provokes thought with each shot Sporre took during his two-month stay in Japan printed using two different methods.
