This exhibition introduces Taro Okamoto’s activities from 1967 when he was selected to produce the Theme Space at Expo ’70, to 1971 the year following the Expo, including activity related to his most famous work, the Tower of the Sun. The exhibit centers around his work for the Expo’s Theme Space, his other work at the time, and documents such as private correspondence and other aspects of his life.
