Mako Ishino
Actress Mako Ishino has long painted as a hobby but has never shown her work publicly. This is Ishino’s first solo exhibition and also commemorates her 40th year as an actress. Most of Ishino’s work is postcard-sized paintings and drawings of flowers on Japanese washi paper using nihonga pigments. On display and for sale will be 30 of Ishino’s Mako Floral Cards.
