Eri Nomura + Mizuki Takahashi “A Journey of Flowing Bodies”

Gallery MoMo Projects
Finished

Artists

Eri Nomura, Mizuki Takahashi
Presenting works by sculptor Eri Nomura and painter Mizuki Takahashi reflecting the artists’ belief that “we human beings are ‘flowing, living things’ who can freely go anywhere.” Nomura depicts “invisible” figures represented by masks and outlines that cover us in appearances, titles, and identities. Under the theme of self-organization and the world, Mizuki Takahashi offers hope that we can break down the various barriers of human society little by little. She replaces pieces of information with topographic maps and brain cell shapes, drawing the various processes that occur within the brain.
