Kameido Art Center
Finished

Artists

Yoshiko Fujita
Yoshiko Fujita creates works that draw from experiments in everyday life and subtle human expressions. The faces of girls that appear in her paintings are concealed in red and blue drapes. The effect is like a mirror held up to the viewer. This exhibition presents a 10-meter work on canvas depicted with 30 girls, plus the artist’s first animation, and a number of other paintings. These works explore people’s ways of life in an of greed and craving.
