Wanting a manga-like romance, artist Arata Imai has created an exhibition imagining a manga about a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship set in the Kannai area of Yokohama. The show explores the nature of manga as a medium and how its stories might be told in a gallery space. Meet protagonist Imai-kun and his girlfriend Miki-chan on the wintry streets of Yokohama to find out.
