The second exhibition in the Kanzan Curatorial Exchange’s “Emotional Photography” series presents the award-winning photographer Keiko Nomura’s “Otari – Pristine Peaks.” Nomura has been photographing Otari, a Nagano Prefecture village that is 88% covered in forest, since 2015. Nomura’s work attempts to free ideas from the “inescapable absurdities of prescribed times and places.”
