Naho Ide
Naho Ide brings a unique materiality to her works in oil paints and pastels. Appearing abstract at first glance, these paintings portray scenes from hiking in the mountains or novels she has read. They sometimes appear as close-up images that evoke texture and emotion. The works in this exhibition feature floral motifs.
