A festival of art, music, and food in the nature-rich areas of Ishinomaki City and the Oshika Peninsula in Miyagi Prefecture. Contemporary artists, musicians, and chefs from across Japan and around the world will gather and create one-of-a-kind encounters in this region rebuilding after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
