This year, a new art festival will be held throughout the areas of “Kyoto of the Sea” (northern part of the prefecture), “Kyoto of the Forest” (central), and “Kyoto of Tea” (south). This event will use digital art that combines local culture and advanced technology, exhibiting works by leading contemporary artists in residence.
