Waka Yoshida
Waka Yoshida’s paintings and sculptures feature motifs from natural history, such as topography, dinosaurs, 3D models, and minerals. A recent exhibition considered parallel worlds of this life and the afterlife, the past and the future, and childhood and adulthood. This exhibition of works featuring toy dinosaur figurines and books offers a sense of gentleness and respite in this time of restricted freedom due to the coronavirus. Around 20 paintings are on display.
