Artists

Natsuki Oshiro
Exhibition by Natsuki Oshiro, whose works are inspired by industrial products, train stations, gardens, Japanese waka poems, and poetry. With their abstract and gentle colors and shapes, and distinctive layout, Oshiro’s works are based on the theme of redefinition of our awareness of the names and structures of things, as well as the existence of rules. Her recent works include paintings and sculptures based on the motif of the movement of perspective in the collection of Japanese waka poems “Manyoshu”. In this exhibition, she will attempt to create three-dimensional works and paintings that are shaped by the process of repeating the waka poems.
