Mami Chihara
A solo exhibition by Mami Chihara, an artist from Kumamoto. In recent years, while working on the theme of “painting and the surroundings of painting,” Chihara has been exploring a different kind of painting than drawing images, collaging “supports” for her paintings, such as frames and walls. This exhibition features new works on the theme of “glimpses of landscape” and attempts to use the “wall” as an element of collage.
