Aya Kawato
Thirty works including new paintings trace the creative path of Aya Kawato, renowned for her "Grid Paintings" series. Kawato's father is a psychologist, and since a young age she has been interested in "how we grasp the world through the brain." She studied textile arts in Kyoto.
