Rinkai Fukutoshin is a place where you can look out over the endless sky and sea. Once the sea, this place was born from people's creativity and continues to be a place of experimentation toward the future. Artbay Tokyo is the first art festival in Rinkai.

The theme for 2022 is "New Scale." Together with the artists, we will create a never-before-seen landscape with the imagination of each and every visitor to the area. Imagine, share, and discuss through artworks that will be created using the entire Rinkai Fukutoshin area as a stage. Through this series of experiences, each person's "New Scale - a new way of looking at the world" will emerge.
