Finished

Mitsuhiro Ikeda, Ataru Sato, Kouichi Tabata
"Window" has been described as a metaphor for painting because they have the same rectangular frame. The light enters the room through the window; therefore, it is a frame for the light. And painters pursued capturing this light and sealed it within their paintings.
On the other side, darkness can be portrayed as an "anti-visual" and "anti-painting." In this exhibition, three artists will portray the threshold, a transition to a darker place.
