CADAN Yurakucho presents an exhibition of work by Miho Dohi, Gabriel Hartley, and Yoko Terauchi curated by the space Hagiwara Projects in Morishita, Tokyo. Sculptor Miho Dohi’s works have an organic presence maintained by diverse materials that balance harmony and opposition. Here she exhibits a series of drawings on the theme of "seeing” for the first time.

Gabriel Hartley creates paintings based on daily sketches and photographs. Their renderings of cityscapes, flora, and fauna become increasingly abstract on the canvas. Layers of color and texture applied through various techniques alter the viewer's perception depending on the light and time of day. This show features some of his recent colorful paintings.

Yoko Terauchi’s sculptures reflect her awareness of the problematic concepts of opposites that are taken for granted, such as back and front, inside and outside, justice and evil. A selection of her lead sculptures, some of which have never been exhibited in Japan, is displayed.
