This year marks the 170th anniversary of Anotini Gaudi's (1852-1926) birth. In this exhibition we will introduce Gaudi's architecture through the lens of the photographer Eikoh Hosoe (1933-). Hosoe first saw Gaudi's architecture when in Barcelona in 1964, which had great impact on him. Thirteen years later, in 1977, he photographed "Sagrada Familia", "Park Guell", "Casa Batlló" and other architectural sites by Gaudi on various occasions. He presented these as "In Praise of Gaudi".
In this exhibition 20 monochrome vintage prints, made more than forty years ago, will be in display.
