Gallery Ether is proud to present "Life is good.", a solo-exhibition of film photography by Japanese multi-disciplinary artist Izumi Hoshino, to be held from Saturday, June 18th, through Saturday, July 9th.
In "Life is good.", Tokyo-based artist Izumi Hoshino presents a selection of film photographs captured throughout Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and the Pacific Northwest United States during his travels there in 2010, 2012, and 2017.
Taking inspiration from friends and peers, as well as the varied street and graffiti cultures of the places and people he met on his way, he was compelled to capture them in a direct and honest way, so as to let the simple, but raw and genuine charm of the everyday moments be felt.
