Artists

Kenji Sato
Photographer Kenji Sato has traveled to more than 120 countries around the world, taking photographs of all kinds of "strange things" in various places. His photo collection "Kikkai Isan" (The Heritage of the Strange World), which was published under the title of a word coined by Sato, has gained unprecedented popularity.

Sato himself has traveled to the world to capture the strange things of the world from his candid point of view, including the mysterious cultures and civilizations that mankind has created and the strange landscapes created by nature, which have given rise to many surprises and discoveries, stimulating the viewer's curiosity about the unknown.

In addition to the "Kikkai Isan" series, this exhibition brings together more than 200 works, including his latest book "Sekai" (The World), which recounts his extensive travels, and new photographs taken in Kochi, Japan.
