This exhibition celebrates the release of two collection publications from Piyo Piyo Press founded by Kotori Kawashima in 2021.
The photo book "(The World)²" shows Kawashima's photographs of the actor Taiga Nakano, which he took in the span of 4 years in which the two travelled around Tokyo, Atami, Osaka, but also France, Germany, Portugal and other places. The memorable moments of the two during their trips are collected in this one book.
Yosuke Kobashi's book of paintings "Flowers, Dolphins and Unicorns" consists of 3 books, each showing works with flower, dolphin and unicorn motifs respectively. It also includes "Saint Hildegard's Unicorn" written by Kei Wakabayashi.
The art director of each of these book is Hiromi Fujita.
