More than 1,600 letters have been organized through the activities of the archive project launched in 2018 with the aim of preserving the records and memories of Etsuro Ishihara and Zeit-Foto Salon. In this exhibition, we will display letters from 19 artists sent from abroad as Air Mail from these letters, along with works by these artists selected from the Zeit-Foto Collection. This exhibition not only reveals the friendship between Ishihara and the artists, but also provides a glimpse behind the scenes of the creation of the works.
