Nozomi Tanaka
Nozomi Tanaka currently lives in a hilled rural area, where she researches on the history and the skills of collecting. With the materials she obtains from living by collecting, and based on her experiences, she attempts to create a an economic effect through art.
In the exhibition, multiple paintings reflecting her life in the rural areas of Yamagata prefecture, as well as "gifts from mountains" as a theme, will be on display along with some three-dimensional works.
