Laid Bug is pleased to announce Ruka Kashiwagi's solo exhibition, titled "Hustle and Bustle", from June 10th. Kashiwagi uses photography as the main medium for exhibitions, art books, commission works, and other.
The solo exhibition is a result of the attention that Kashiwagi gained after winning the Japan Photo Award in 2021.
This exhibition's title, "Hustle and Bustle", is named with the same intention of a meaning of "The Noises of a City". Kashiwagi, who is also resident of a city and witnesses daily the chaotic scenes of it, has used it as a image source for her works.
