Clear Gallery Tokyo is pleased to present "Cony", a solo exhibition by Satoshi Okano.
Okano's airbrush acrylic paintings are based on his own technique, resemble low resolution images divided into pixels, with uncertain lines and out of focus.
The motifs in the works are derived from scenes in old television animations and old magazines, and by maintaining a certain distance from the author's personal thoughts and intentions, the main focus is put one the exploratory search on their depiction.
This exhibition will present two-dimensional works composed of mainly the artist's recent acrylic paintings.
