Landscapes appear in different ways to different people. Whether one was born in the area, is a traveler, is a nostalgic hometown, or is a view that one would like to see forever, a landscape will appear in one's mind in different ways depending on one's origin and memories.

Scenery is never static. Townscapes change day by day, and natural disasters and wars can take away landscapes in an instant. These are not only material changes in buildings and the natural environment but also transitions and losses in the feelings and accumulated memories of the people who have come into contact with the landscape. Painting landscapes. It can be said that painting a landscape is a process of capturing the changing, lost, forgotten, and changing world. The painter of landscapes repeatedly goes back and forth between capturing the landscape outside in his/her mind and releasing it outside again through his/her body and painting materials. In the process, the inside and the outside of the painter's mind become inseparably mixed, and at the end of the mixing and blending, the landscape becomes a painting. This exhibition features work by seven artists under the theme of "picturesque landscapes."
