Takashimaya's art gallery celebrates its 190th anniversary. For this exhibition, contemporary artists of the same generation have drawn from the Takashimaya Archives to create works carrying on the spirit and tradition of creativity. Their art demonstrates how beauty transcends time and method of expression, and how it is passed on to new times and places while changing its form.
