Tachikawa City + Tamashin Art Museum— People, City, Art

Tamashin Art Museum
Finished
This exhibition is the first collaborative one between Tamashin Art Museum and Tachikawa City. When examined together, the collections of the city and the museum showed two common traits.
Tachikawa City has been evolving under the slogan "The Whole City as a Museum" and Tamashin, located in Tachikawa, has been supporting artists for 45 years.
Now Tachikawa City is gaining attention as an "art city" with many artworks scattered around the city, and its public art, such as the Faret Tachikawa Art. We hope that this exhibition will convey the charm of the artworks to our visitors, as well as the joy of searching for the art around the city.
