Takeru Amano
Takeru Amano is a contemporary artist based in Paris who has provided artwork for CD and LP jackets as well as for merchandise and apparel brands. He has also been holding solo exhibitions in recent years. His motifs, drawn with clear colors and extremely simplified lines, are both pretty and fragile, and his homage to and inspiration from traditional creation is attracting attention from art professionals in Japan and abroad.
This exhibition brings Amano's pop art pieces "Venus" and "Lemon" – a fresh and colorful work for the summer months ahead. Items such as tumblers and books will also be available.
