Artists

Wang Xueyang
Wang Xueyang has been creating ceramic work using an originally developed glaze. These one-of-a-kind works, which harmonize the vivid colors of glazed paintings with a plump, three-dimensional quality, have been highly praised both in Japan and abroad. In recent years, Wang has also been working on Japanese-style paintings in search of further artistic expansion.

This exhibition, titled "Shogun's Decree," presents a collection of about 20 works of Japanese painting and ceramics, all of which are inspired by ancient Japanese stories.
