This is the first solo exhibition for Yumi Nishimura, who has been involved in video production since graduating from art college and began using hand weaving as a self-taught artist in 2018. At first glance, her work appears minimalistic and removed, but as the viewer approaches, they become aware of a texture that is more than just a surface.
