The title "Kotobuke" is the verb conjugation of "Kotobuki," which refers to an auspicious event to be celebrated, and its imperative form. Nowadays, the word Kotobuki is rarely used in conversation, and the imperative form of Kotobuke means "to congratulate." However, celebrations have played an important role in human activities since ancient times, and artistic activities have also played a part. In this exhibition, eight groups of artists will celebrate at Fujidana Heights with their works of art.
