Ahmed Mannan's work is inspired by various aspects of his own identity, his childhood doctrinal life experiences, and his current concerns in his daily life.
In this solo exhibition, Mannan will discuss universal issues such as the discrepancy between individual and collective life, and the difficulty and fragility of maintaining an individual life in a group setting, by applying the doctrinal perspective of his religion to the act of eating.
