A unique art project, now in its third year, is taking place in Tokyo and Kanagawa, centered around the Akigawa River's upper reaches. Starting as the Hinohara Art Project, it has expanded, becoming the Akigawa Art Stream. This project combines contemporary art in the scenic Hinohara Village and Itsukaichi.
