Araya a.k.a Yoshiyuki Takimoto, who made a splash at his solo exhibition at Nick White in 2022 when many of his works departed for the trip, returns to Nick White for the first time in a year. “Araya" is an art project by Yoshiyuki Takimoto, a leather craftsman and designer, for the apparel brand Naka York City (NYC). His favorite culture and leather craftsmanship are intertwined, and those who pick up his work, which is too elaborate to understand and too natural to pass by, will not be able to hide their surprise.
