Artists

Yuko Higuchi, Idea Oshima, Ran Tondabayashi, Yuma Kishi
The exhibition will feature the official posters created by the painter Yuko Higuchi and graphic designer Idea Oshima for director Ari Aster's films "Midsommar" and "Hereditary." The showcase will include their previously released posters, and the theme of the exhibition revolves around the idea of embarking on a journey to taste the "unexperienced fear." The event will also present new art pieces, and it's designed as a participatory exhibition where visitors can engage with the artwork by joining various activities.

Moreover, the exhibition will display newly created art pieces inspired by the prompt "#xx is afraid." Artists Ran Tondabayashi and Yuma Kishi will unveil their new works specifically for this pop-up exhibition.

The participatory aspect of the exhibition includes interactive elements that allow visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the movies, decorate the venue through social media posts with the hashtag "#xx is afraid," and experience photo spots recreating scenes from the films. Additionally, there are plans to collaborate with the adjacent restaurant "Ristoro Jinnan," offering special menu items during the exhibition.
